Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as presented at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
When is my card charged?
Payment is captured at the time your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oraorea.com. While we’ll always do our best to help, orders that have already begun processing or shipping may not be able to be modified or canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and internationally at our discretion.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Transit times vary depending on location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. Watches are shipped insured for their full value. Signature confirmation may be required.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving it.
Returns & Exchanges
OraOrea watches are produced in small numbers and finished with care. We ask that all returns and exchanges be handled with the same consideration.
We will provide an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery for watches, and within five (5) days of delivery for straps, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return. Straps must show no signs of use or wear, including creasing, marking, or installation.
To begin a return or exchange, a Return Authorization must be requested prior to shipping. Please contact us at info@oraorea.com or use the Contact page on our website to initiate the process. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and its condition approved, a refund or exchange will be issued accordingly. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 10%, as well as deduct any applicable transaction fees, shipping costs, duties, or customs charges incurred.
All returned items must be sent back with original packaging, documentation, and protective materials included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification may be declined and returned to the sender.
When shipping any item back to OraOrea, please insure the package for the full retail value. OraOrea cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Warranty & Service
Two-Year Warranty
Every OraOrea watch is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects and mechanical issues arising under normal use. Our watches are precision instruments, designed to be worn and enjoyed, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
If you experience an issue during the warranty period, please contact us at info@oraorea.com or through the Contact page on our website. We’ll review the situation and guide you through the next steps, whether that involves repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification or servicing. It also does not cover cosmetic wear or normal aging, including wear and tear on straps, which are considered consumable components. Damage caused by water exposure beyond the watch’s stated resistance or failure to properly secure the crown is likewise excluded.
OraOrea is built as a community as much as it is a watch brand. We believe in treating our customers with the same care and respect we would expect ourselves. While we must define the limits of our warranty, we will always do our best to be fair, reasonable, and accommodating when issues arise.
Service After Warranty
Do you offer service once the warranty period ends?
Yes. We’re happy to assist with service inquiries even outside the warranty period. Please contact us to discuss options, timing, and any associated costs.
